If you are trying to advance from the cart to the check-out page, but the page seems to just refresh, then the most common issue is that the quantities you ordered did not divide evenly by the Case Pack. The Case Pack is a unique number for each item that describes how many pieces come in a full box of the item. We require all items to be ordered in increments of the Case Pack, and you cannot advance to checkout unless all quantities ordered divide evenly in to this number.
Ordering assorted can be done by selecting the "Assorted" box on any product page (only applicable to items with multiple shades available). Selecting this option means we will mix a variety of shades in the box(es), instead of packing a box with only one shade. The mix will be comprised of the colors available.

Orders are to ship via pallets. The buyer is responsible for the arrangement of pick up/delivery. Once the order is prepared, we will forward the shipping information so that arrangements can be made.
